GREEN LOAN GGF Loan Purpose: Green loan is a product that is dedicated to individual clients, which contributes to increased energy efficiency. Activities that are supported by green lending are:

Thermal insulation of home walls,
Insulation of the floor, ceiling and roof,
Replacing windows,
Installation of solar water heating systems,
Replacing heating pumps, etc.

Maturity 6 to 60 Months

Loan Description GREEN LOAN GEFF Loan Purpose: Green loan is a product that is dedicated to individual clients in co-operation with the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). Clients who have applied for this product have the opportunity to receive grants from the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) after the fulfillment of certain conditions for construction and renovation in the framework of energy efficiency, by grant of 20% of the loan amount. If the loan is used only for one product (measure) then the client receives a grant of 15% of the loan value, and in cases where the loan is used for two or more products (measures) contributing to the increase of energy efficiency then the grant will be in the value of 20% of the loan. Activities that rely on green lending are:

Thermal insulation of home walls,
Insulation of the floor, ceiling and roof,
Replacing windows,
Replacing old boilers with the most energy-efficient boiler,
Installation of solar water heating systems,
Replacing heating pumps, etc.
