Welcome to the KRK App, provided by Kreditimi Rural i Kosovës (KRK). By installing, accessing, or using this application, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
1. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities
The application is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
You guarantee that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Use of the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Creating or using a false identity.
Creating multiple profiles for the same user.
Any intentional action that disrupts or hinders the provision of services or the proper functioning of the system.
2. Purpose of the Service
The application provides functionalities such as:
Verification of the user’s financial information.
Access to terms and conditions of credit products.
Access to the client’s payment history.
Payment of loan installments (the client must ensure sufficient funds are available; otherwise, transactions may be invalidated).
Application for products or services offered by KRK.
Direct communication with KRK through integrated channels.
KRK does not guarantee automatic approval of applications. Every application is subject to evaluation and verification in line with internal policies and credit criteria.
3. User Account
Users may be required to create an account by providing personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number). Verification methods may include SMS, email confirmation, or other checks.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not.
KRK will process your data in accordance with its privacy and data protection policies, ensuring confidentiality and lawful use.
KRK is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account. You may, however, be held responsible for damages caused to KRK or third parties.
You must immediately notify KRK of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
KRK may suspend, restrict, or close your account in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or other justified reasons.
User accounts may not be transferred or assigned to third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials within the application—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, source code, and software—are the property of KRK or its partners and are protected under Kosovo and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified for commercial purposes without KRK’s prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal consequences.
Use of this application is strictly limited to personal and non-commercial purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
KRK shall not be held liable for damages, including but not limited to:
Inability to use the application.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays.
Loss or corruption of personal data.
Actions of third parties beyond KRK’s control.
Users are responsible for securing their devices and data. KRK does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the application is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.
6. Changes to the Terms
KRK reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Users may be informed via:
Notifications within the application;
The email address registered by the user;
Other official KRK communication channels.
Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Orders and Instructions
Orders or instructions submitted outside working hours will be processed on the next business day.
KRK is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical or organizational reasons.
KRK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or unauthorized use.
8. User Obligations
Users must use KRK’s electronic services responsibly, authenticating themselves with their credentials (User ID, password, PIN).
No physical signature is required for electronic transactions; all actions carried out with user credentials are considered authorized.
Users are fully responsible for:
Protecting their devices and networks.
Keeping login details confidential.
Not sharing credentials with others.
Users agree not to hold KRK liable for damages resulting from their misuse of electronic services, except in cases of proven negligence by KRK.
9. Indemnification
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by KRK, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KRK against claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
Improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of the application.
Breach of these terms.
Misuse of the account by third parties due to user negligence.
Violation of intellectual property or other third-party rights.
10. Termination
Users may terminate their use at any time by uninstalling the application.
KRK may suspend or terminate access in cases of violations, unauthorized use, or actions that endanger system security or functionality.
Termination does not exempt the user from obligations that arose prior to termination.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and the regulations of the Central Bank of Kosovo (BQK). Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts.

By using the KRK App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use. KRK remains committed to providing secure, transparent, and efficient services, while safeguarding user rights and intellectual property.
